‍Equal opportunities for all children and young people!

In our society with its high requirements, many pupils often do not achieve their school qualifications. Because of the continous increasing school requirements, they often learn only for class tests, but do not learn to recognize complex connections. As a result, these young people are not able to reach a qualified profession after leaving school. This leads to a shortage of qualified specialists, which many companies complain about.

That is why we always help many disadvantaged pupils with school problems by giving them individual and intensive one-on-one support.

Such individual support normally is very expensive and only available to children and young people from wealthy families. No average earner can afford it, but it should also be available to young people from poorer backgrounds and from families with a migrant background. Therefore we help these children and young people with school problems. Disabled and ill children/young people with school problems also receive our individual support.

Through our individual support we teach young people interdisciplinary thinking. So as necessary we include in our lessons: concentration and perception training, practicing learning methods and introducing them to reading books, we help them to recognize complex connections. In addition we practice with them self-confident and situation-appropriate communication for their later job applications

We work together with schools of the children and young people. We have many volunteers from qualified professions at our side (e.g. retired teachers, a doctor who is also a graduate biologist, doctoral students in mathematics and physics, chemists, etc.).‍

‍By our school project we achieve:

• The children and young people learn to work properly for school and to organize their free time usefully.

• By involving the parents we can encourage them to look after their children more intensively. So there can be created a more positive atmosphere for the young people in their parents' home. In this way children and young people with problematic family circumstances also can develop positively.

• We finally help the young people to achieve their school qualifications, but also to develop positively in their social behavior and to have chances on the job market. We also support the young needy people to choose and find themselves a career. In this way we protect them from unemployment.

Many disadvantaged children and young people, who need our help because of their school problems, are on our waiting list, which is getting longer and longer, because schools send us a lot of pupils. That is why we would like to expand our school project for the benefit of the young people. To do this it is very important, that we can continue to pay the costs.
